What to eat for breakfast when you don’t feel like eating?

– Blueberries + Oatmeal It’s so easy, but it’s so good….Smoothie with blueberries. Nondairy milk, frozen blueberries, two Medjool dates, 5-10 Brazil nuts (or walnuts), possibly a banana, and ice.

-Smoothie with Almond Butter.

-A breakfast sandwich  that is made with eggs, bacon, and cheese.

-Scramble.

-Juice of  fruits and vegetables.

-Avocado Toast is a delicious way to start the day.

-Toast with Nut Butter
