7 habits that prevent you from losing weight in the morning

Your morning routine, including your nutrition plan, sets the tone for the rest of the day. Your morning routine determines whether you will have a large or little lunch, as well as whether your body will burn all of the calories or save some for later. It has been scientifically proven that there is a link between your habits and body imbalances that promote weight gain.

You eat small breakfast

You are refusing to eat a large breakfast. The time of day we eat is significantly more important than what we eat. Tel Aviv University scientists have proven that a diet consisting of a large breakfast and a light dinner is particularly beneficial. You might be shocked to learn that it can help you lose more weight than other popular diets that encourage frequent and light meals. In addition to providing a high-energy breakfast, this type of eating reduces the requirement for insulin in those with diabetes. The study included 18 men and 11 women, all of whom were type 2 diabetics and obese, with an average age of 69.. These people were divided into  two groups:

The first group followed the BD diet, which means the breakfast diet had three meals a day, a substantial breakfast, a moderate lunch and a light dinner.

The second group ate according to the 6M diet, which is a six meals diet which is traditional for weight loss and diabetes. The main idea behind this diet is that it has 6 light meals throughout the day including three snacks.

After three months each member of the first group the BD diet group had lost an average of 11 pounds at the same time people from the second group the 6M diet group put on about three pounds. All are possible because we have different speeds of metabolism at different times of the day. So it is more effective if you eat food with more calories, especially in the morning when your  metabolism works more quickly. The main conclusion that scientists have drawn is that you should never refuse to eat Breakfast that’s high in calories as for your lunch. It should be of medium size  and your dinner should be light.

Researchers from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, conducted an experiment to show that when white fat deposits are exposed to sunshine, they shrink when you are exposed to sunlight.

The explanation for this is that when the blue light wavelengths that come from the Sun. The blue light comes from the sun penetrating your skin and  they reach the fat cells. The lipid droplets become smaller and leave the cells. We can say it another way, when you spend a lot of time in the sun your cells do not store much fat.  This is one of the reasons people gain more weight in the winter than summer. But on the other hand spending longer time in the sunlight is not healthy either. If it is mandatory to enjoy longer sunlight in the summer, always make sure to wear sunscreen.
