Orange juice castor oil Recipe

Ingredients

  • Squeezed fresh orange juice       – 1 glass
  • Food grade (medicinal) castor oil –  3 teaspoons

Alternative

If you don’t have any oranges at your home you can use any kind of citrus fruit instead. For example lemon juice which is available in all the kitchens. 

You can use one tablespoon of lemon juice in a glass of pure warm water instead of one glass of orange juice. Then add three teaspoons of castor oil in lemon water.

Rest of the process will remain unchanged.

Preparation Process

Take a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. Pour three tablespoons of medicinal/food grade castor oil into the glass, stir thoroughly and drink quickly on an empty stomach early in the morning.

After drink follow up the following process :

  • Now wait for half an hour after consuming.
  • After half an hour consume one glass of warm water.
  • Next, wait for 15 minutes and consume two glasses of warm water.
  • Again wait  for more than 15 minutes and consume two glasses of warm water.
  • Relax until you feel the urge to go to the bathroom.

After the detoxification, for two days stay away from heavy, greasy and spicy foods. Avoid eating anything uncooked or raw at all costs.

It releases all toxins from your body. It may make you feel light-headed as it flushes out parasites like tapeworms from your stomach. So allow yourself to rest for a day.

You may do this only once every six months.

Castor oil promotes bowel movements in 2 to 3 hours on average. Sometimes it takes up to 6 hours for many people. 

It is suggested not to use castor oil right before bedtime because of the delayed effects of bowel movement.

Orange juice is healthy, but because of its high sugar content, it should be used in moderation. Diabetes patients should use lemon juice as an alternative to orange juice.

Coffee
