What fruit can I eat on the boiled egg diet?
Eggs: Eggs come in two varieties: yolks and whites.
Lean proteins: Skinless poultry, fish, and lean cuts of lamb, beef, and pork are all good sources of lean protein.
Non-starchy vegetables: Spinach, kale, arugula, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, collard greens, and tomatoes are non-starchy vegetables.
Low carb fruits: Lemons, limes, oranges, watermelon, berries, and grapefruit are low-carb fruits.
